Cancellation Policy
Walking & Wagging Pet Services Terms of Agreement 1. Services: Walking & Wagging Pet Services agrees to provide pet care services as outlined in the selected service package. 2. Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, Walking & Wagging Pet Services will make reasonable attempts to contact the client. If unable to reach the client, the client authorizes Walking & Wagging Pet Services to seek emergency veterinary care at the client's expense. 3. Client's Home Access: The client agrees to provide a working key, code, or other means of entry to their home. In the event of access issues, the client grants permission to take necessary action to access the pet(s), and the client will be responsible for any associated costs. 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within [specified time frame] of the scheduled service will incur [cancellation fee]. 5. Payment: Payment is due [terms of payment]. Late payments may be subject to [late fee]. 6. Clientโs Obligations: The client will ensure that pets are up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. The client further agrees to indemnify and hold the pet sitter harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from such incidents. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the pet sitter of any known aggressive or potentially harmful behavior exhibited by their pet. The client understands that failure to disclose such information may increase the risk of injuries, and they assume full responsibility for any consequences thereof. 8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction]. 9.
