Walking & Wagging Pet Services Terms of Agreement

1. Services: Walking & Wagging Pet Services agrees to provide pet care services as outlined in the selected service package.

2. Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, Walking & Wagging Pet Services will make reasonable attempts to contact the client. If unable to reach the client, the client authorizes Walking & Wagging Pet Services to seek emergency veterinary care at the client's expense.

3. Client's Home Access: The client agrees to provide a working key, code, or other means of entry to their home. In the event of access issues, the client grants permission to take necessary action to access the pet(s), and the client will be responsible for any associated costs.

4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of your deposit (25% of total booking fee).

5. Payment: Final payment is due the date service begins. Late payments may be subject to a 15% late fee.

6. Client’s Obligations: The client will ensure that pets are up to date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. The client will provide all necessary items for pet care, including food, medications, and other essentials.

7. Client Liability for Injuries to Pet Sitter: The client acknowledges and agrees that in the event of injuries caused by their pet, including but not limited to cat scratches, dog bites, or any other harm inflicted upon the pet sitter during the provision of services, the client shall be held liable for any resulting medical expenses, damages, or losses incurred by the pet sitter. The client further agrees to indemnify and hold the pet sitter harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from such incidents. It is the responsibility of the client to inform the pet sitter of any known aggressive or potentially harmful behavior exhibited by their pet. The client understands that failure to disclose such information may increase the risk of injuries, and they assume full responsibility for any consequences thereof.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms: Walking & Wagging Pet Services reserves the right to modify these terms of agreement with notice to the client.

By booking our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
